Role Overview
Acquire is one of View Media Groups collective of products and platforms offering
consumer and business solutions to the real estate market. It automates the delivery
of digital marketing campaigns for vendors, agents, and agencies to deliver sales,
branding, and audience acquisition outcomes.
This role reports to the Head of Product – Acquire and is responsible for supporting
the product team in the delivery of the day-to-day operations of the product and the
internal and external product customer experience.
This is an entry level position that will provide the successful applicant with an
introduction to the world of product management and the opportunity for professional
growth and progression.
Key Accountabilities
Product Roadmap – contributing member of the product team to determine the
product roadmap and prioritise and reprioritise inclusions as required to deliver on
key objectives and outcomes.
Product Development – assist in the communication with product design and
developer teams to schedule and execute the delivery of product fixes,
enhancements, and features.
Product Resources – assist in the creation and maintenance of required resourcing
to support product team workflow management; and collateral designed to support
internal and external engagement with and accessibility to the product, in addition to
Service Desk/Sales Support – assist in the receipt and action of internal and external
service desk submissions, contributing resulting insights to inform the product
roadmap.
Onboarding – assist with the client onboard process ensuring all required integration
elements are identified, managed, and delivered successfully.
Project Management – contribution to, and or management of, product related
projects as directed and required.
