Because of the nature of our work, we are often proactively introduced to exceptional talent. High performing, elite talent with incredible working history experiences and capability. When we come across such Unicorns (often on the down low or before the market knows they're available) we proudly and proactively represent them in market to our key, established clients. Such introductions are a crucial element in the value we add to business' when we aren't necessarily actively working on filling a role. 

It's about bringing the right people together, and that can often be cart before horse - but we are all about breaking the mould on standard process to achieve new levels of greatness.
