About The Role:

This role is responsible for leading and shaping the Mindbox technology, data and platform approach across our suite of clients. This is a newly established leadership role tasked with understanding how various advertising and marketing technology & platforms work, overseeing how this integrates in and out of media. You will be leading and driving data best practice and their strategic applications for our clients.

As the Head of Technology, Data and Platforms you will be responsible for supporting consulting, data and strategy projects, leveraging your critical thinking to understand their business problems and transforming them into data and technology solutions.

From day one, you will be tasked to onboard Mindbox’s newest client and in time, help shape the future of the Mindbox product offering focused on delivering holistic business solutions, with a core focus on optimal end to end digital solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Thought leadership & data best practices

● Act as subject matter expert within ad/marketing tech platforms, data strategy and technology; understand broad planning principles and importantly how technology can help facilitate and bring this to life

● Understand client’s business problems and priorities, providing solutions backed by data, technology and insight

● Help shape reporting output through demonstration of articulating digestible and actionable insights from data

● Shape agency technology and data literacy, lifting overall skill set

● Maintain a future focused lens on our client’s business, supported with clear strategy roadmap and documentation of success

Technology

● Lead and drive effective technology and partner relationships

● Understand what and how technology can be used to facilitate strategic insight, go to market plans and effectiveness

Collaboration & Communication

● Have an open and collaborative working style, focusing on solutions and end outcomes

● Ability to work dynamically alongside client and stakeholders; adapting and iterating on your approach with their input

● Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships from C-suite, IT, Compliance through to core marketing functions

Skills required:

● 10+ years digital marketing, ad tech or data experience

● Demonstrated experience within data led or digital transformation projects

● Leadership experience including client service and senior stakeholder management

● Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
