About The Role:
This role is responsible for driving forward the holistic digital strategic capability and output for Mindbox.
You will be instrumental in delivering clear tangible business outcomes for our clients, ensuring alignment across the broader digital ecosystem, anchored in paid media execution, and broader measurement and data.
Through an in-depth understanding of the impact and effectiveness of media and marketing, you will help shape the narrative of the success of digital strategy and campaign delivery, articulating the value of our partnerships with clients.
Working as part of a multi-organisational integrated marketing team, you will connect and lift standards of campaign excellence. As trusted advisors, you lead the delivery engine room ensuring seamless executional
capability underpinned by the right technology, data and measurement framework.
Key responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Create digital solutions delivering on business outcomes across all elements of the digital ecosystem
Lead campaign planning to meet client objectives – including but not limited to paid media,
measurement and attribution, data & technology
Drive unified digital optimisation recommendations and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle
Articulate media and marketing impact, supported by Client Leads through clear reporting narrative and output showcasing market and category trends
Innovation
Ensure Mindbox remain market leading in adoption of new technology and capabilities
Push the potential of channel capabilities (focused on but not limited to Programmatic and Social), working closely with media & technology stakeholders to establish long term partnerships on behalf of Mindbox and their clients
Develop a roadmap in partnership with the Leadership team, to ensure Mindbox digital paid media
and measurement capabilities remain future focused and scalable
Team and Client Leadership
Support in client partnership growth and retention through an ongoing demonstration of our ‘people as a service’ proposition
Drive operational excellence; support and lift team capability to drive consistent and high quality client communication and delivery
Manage ways of working and operational partnership cadence with internal team and in to clients
Foster productive collaborative work practices with key stakeholders across the agency teams (creative & media)
Contribute proactively and effectively in meetings to ensure Mindbox capabilities and needs are kept front of mind.
